Centennial! This was Epic! Brothers of Dem Boyz (Elite step team of the early 2000's) & No Mercy (step team of late 2000's/early 2010's) came together to perform at Howard! This was the show in January. No Mercy performed again in the July show as well!

In the mid 2000's brothers on the yard came up with a theme 80's vs 90's party. It was a staple of the time in the same sense of the 9 to 9's! It was an almost annual party. This it the promo video (part 2) for 2013!

Iota Phi Theta came up with a program Stroll or Die which is a annual stroll competition. Each year we participate. This is the 2013 performance.

The chapter came up with a program RU Cypher where people in the Rutgers Community gathered and freestyle and celebrated the art of rap. After the first successful program it became a staple of the time. This is a promo video for the second cypher!

Atlanta Greek Picnic was the biggest step show of the year! At this time No Mercy was the Elite Step team in Sigma! We went to Atlanta and smashed and brought the W back to NJ! Mixed team with bros from MZ!

Shortly after the 2009 season, Under Pressure disbanded (short version of the story) & No Mercy Step Team was born. No Mercy took the lessons learned from Under Pressure and quickly became an elite step team. We participated in the Sprite Step off which aired on MTV 2 and performed on CBS the day of the second round in NY! We actually lost this show and got called back as a wild card and went on to place 3rd overall. We all won well needed scholarship money!

By 2009 Under Pressure was gaining momentum. We had acquired bros from other schools. In that, we went to every school represented on the team and did their MTG (meet the greeks). This was us at TCNJ!

For our 28th reunion we decided to gather. We asked bro's to send pictures that they had access to. Tim Brown (Fall 89) put together this slide show!

In 2008 there were over 20+ brothers on the yard. We decided it was time to start our own step team. With the help of brothers from Dem Boyz step team (notable step team of the time) we created a new team Under Pressure. This was at the Alpha Step show on Livingston Campus!

Iota Phi Theta came up with a program Stroll or Die which is a annual stroll competition. This is the first year they did it. We used it as an opportunity to promote our 80's vs 90's party by creating a 80's/90's theme performance. This is also the first time we did what would become known as the "flashing lights" stroll done to I get money! - Note we borrow that stroll from North Carolina A&T (ETA Chapter)!
